Integrative Health Campus

For far too long, our health care systems have been symptom-based rather than comprehensive and preventative. SGV2 intends to make fully integrative health care available for everyone in the communities we service.

Overall wellness and deep, robust health cannot be achieved through the standard model. Our offerings to communities include mental health services, comprehensive medical care and testing, nutritional support, therapeutic services including occupational, physical, and speech therapy, women's health and wellness, men's health and wellness, and pediatric health services (among others).

Our on-site food markets  offer organic and nutrient-dense foods at truly affordable prices. We look forward to supporting our communities through access to this nutrition, particularly in communities where geographic or financial constraints would normally place nutritional health out of reach for many. This marketplace will work in tandem with on-site nutritional counseling for those who wish to participate. Education on diets that support preventative health and medically diagnosed needs, such as diabetes and cancer, will be offered.

Environmental Responsibility

SGV2 works with top, well established, innovative experts in sustainable design to achieve dynamic, carbon-neutral campuses. We employ the use of geothermal heating and cooling, solar electric, and solar hot water. The design materials for the structures are largely sourced on-site, in no small part using the soil from the site build to construct the actual buildings.

SGV2 forms direct partnerships with local farmers to support sustainable, ethical, and regenerative farming practices. We utilize electric vehicles, renewable materials, and environmentally sound, campus-wide recycling and reusing practices. Our onsite food markets will encourage reuse of materials such as refillable bottles and food containers.

We will support our communities with training on recycling and reusing items. We will further support our community members in seeking and acquiring available government grants and/or credits towards converting their own homes to renewable energy. Environmental responsibility is a top priority for creating healthy communities and a healthy planet. SGV2 is committed to being a leader in environmental responsibility.

Supporting all community members while targeting our most vulnerable.

SGV2 supports everyone in the communities we service, while targeting our most vulnerable: minorities, women, children, veterans, and the elderly. Too often, our most vulnerable humans fall through the cracks and are not afforded the opportunity to truly thrive.

We at SGV2 work with community leaders to target the neediest of community members, as well as support the community in its entirety.  Our locations are determined using a complex matrix of verifiable, statistical data such as longevity of life, per capita income, crime and violence statistics, education level, and accessibility to community-sustaining services.

This is a bottom-to-top approach, and each community's individual characteristics will dictate their specific needs.

SGV2 specifically aims to connect with people of color, veterans, people with low income, women, children, immigrant populations, and the elderly.  We work with most major insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid. We also provide free care to qualifying candidates.

Impact on local economy

SGV2 supports our local economies through free-to-affordable health care, a nutritionally focused community market, nutrient-dense foods, education, and job creation. Additionally, our goal of producing high quality, organic, and nutrient-dense foods for our community markets is assisted by partnership with local farmers.

We protect local farmland and farmers’ livelihoods by supporting their conversion to environmentally sound food production practices. This includes, but is not limited to, the sourcing of high-quality organic produce and ethically sourced, pasture-raised meat, eggs, and dairy products.

Farmers need incentives to convert to sustainable farming practices and to have a market where they are paid well for the items they produce. These foods are available at our on-site food markets, making nutritious food easily accessible and affordable for all.

Finally, jobs are created in order to build and support our thriving campuses. As a corporation, we strive to ensure that our employees are happy to serve because each is compensated in ways that demonstrate our respect and appreciation.
